Description: Very groovy album from jazz organist Jack McDuff. Besides his trio he's also backed by a large big band orchestra arranged and conducted by Benny Golson. Together they play some nice standards and movie themes. The album has cool subtle groove to it--the orchestra complements McDuff's playing, and doesn't overwhelm him. Gatefold album with some cool photos and liner notes. The jacket is really clean save for something white on the upper right back corner. No splits or anything. Plain paper inner sleeve. We grade it VG+. The vinyl is also VG+; it plays really, really well with almost no surface noise and no big pops, no skips etc. It looks very clean and glossy. We play tested it in full. We send LPs via USPS media mail, very safely packed. We can send up to 5-6 albums in one box, at base $6 shipping price plus $1 for each additional disc.
