Makes no sense at all why Analogue Productions wants to press a UHQR 33 1/3 single disc of this title. Come on Chad that's beyond silly and you're better than that. Must be to appease the folks who despise flipping 45s. And he even admits this one will still sound better than the new UHQR. ReplyHelpfulRicMargadona Aug 7, 2024OMG that’s surely one of the best sounding records I ever listened too. I won’t add anything else but would like to let my testimony here engraved in stone!Reply1 HelpfulBonVoyageMusic Jul 22, 2024Love this one. I have 7 copies (several OGs, DVD-A, recent remaster), but this one is the best. As others have written. (I also have the Sessions box set, but that’s a whole ‘nother animal.) Anyway, that’s not why I’m posting. As I’m sure that most of us with a few 45s have surely done, I forgot to change the speed on Side 3. L’America sounds GREAT slow. (Before the vocals start…) Not realizing at first, I was listening, thinking, Wow! I’m hearing instruments and detail I’ve never heard before here!! And then realized, right before the vocals hit.ReplyHelpfulMike.hoare Sep 27, 2023A superlative pressing in every way. The music positively leaps out of a dead silent background. I am puzzled by the less flattering comments!Reply1 HelpfulLost_Sounds_Vinyl Jan 11, 2023Stands up to Mofi any day. Just a great sounding press. AP and QRP for the win again.Reply1 HelpfulAtodaso Dec 22, 2022If you recently purchased this, it's likely the 180g version: - https://www.discogs.com/release/25488049-Doors-LA-WomanReplySee 1 reply3 Helpfulvjvesa Dec 16, 2022If you want to know the true sound of LA Woman, get this pressing. It's the best sounding rock record I've heard. Absolute terrific dynamics, clarity and separation of instruments. Totally flawless pressing. You have to pay big "bucks" in EU, but it's still worth of it. Highly recommended!Reply1 Helpfuldanzoo Oct 22, 2022Edited one year agoAwesome, super high quality, album cover is nice a think cardboard, glossy, nice to handle, Records are heavy and at 45rpm, they produce great sound. Excellent pressing.ReplyHelpfulAndreas-K. Oct 5, 2022Gorgeous pressing! In „riders on the storm“ it is raining in my room :-)Reply1 HelpfulRamblenRamon Jul 19, 2022Really, really happy with the quality of this album. The SQ is right up there, the timbre of the drums and clarity of lead guitar as LA Woman kicks off is pure listening pleasure; the entire album is. This is one of my go to albums when wanting to showcase my setup, would buy again.Reply1 HelpfulLoad More ReviewsRelease [r3987526]Edit Release See all versions Recently EditedFor sale on DiscogsSell a copy20 copies from $60.00Shop nowStatisticsHave:4554Want:1532Avg Rating:4.84 / 5Ratings:645Last Sold:Aug 24, 2024Low:$40.00Median:$94.22High:$143.33Share Add to CollectionAdd to WantlistIn CollectionAdded 4 years agoRemoveMedia ConditionEditMint (M)Near Mint (NM or M-)Very Good Plus (VG+)Very Good (VG)Good Plus (G+)Good (G)Fair (F)Poor (P)Sleeve ConditionEditGenericNo CoverMint (M)Near Mint (NM or M-)Very Good Plus (VG+)Very Good (VG)Good Plus (G+)Good (G)Fair (F)Poor (P)NotesEditFolderUncategorizedAudio id="audio-iframe" class="audio_1j1th" height="480px" width="100%" src="https://embed.music.apple.com/us/album/1622471682?at=1010lSCM&itsct=discogs_music&itscg=30200&ct=web_integration" frameborder="0" sandbox="allow-forms allow-popups allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation" allow="autoplay *; encrypted-media *;" data-hj-allow-iframe="" style="width: 386.391px; overflow: hidden; background: transparent; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Videos (6)Edit
