Description: The DOORS 1st LP 1967 Stereo Monarch Los Angeles, California pressing plant info as indicated by the MR stamped in wax and "RAY" etched in wax for Ray Hagerty mastering engineer at Monarch. Play tested all the way through to determine condition. The infamous MO pressing with Hagerty's signature, re-pressing from 1967 with RIAA Gold Record Award on front cover. VINYL in G condition overall with occasional VG at louder segments, covered in scratches and marks the disc plays surprisingly strong with the music shining through the crackles except during quieter songs especially "Edge Of The Night". Good filler copy if you want a Monarch pressing COVER in G with ring wear/rubbing, creasing around edges, corner damage, spine and seams are solid but has severe rubbing. Notes: This version is the LA pressing plant variation and can be differentiated by the label typesetting, the "6" printed on the back cover near the RIAA logo, and by the runout groove information.
