Description: SUCH A DEAL. Analogue Productions presents all six of the Doors studio titles on 200 GRAM - 45 RPM - 2 LP - HQ RECORD PRESSINGS, including The Doors (1967), Strange Days (1967), Waiting For The Sun (1968), The Soft Parade (1969), Morrison Hotel (1970) and L.A. Woman (1971). All of the titles were cut from the original analog masters by Doug Stax, with the exception being The Doors which was made from the best tape copy available. Sax and the Doors producer/engineer Bruce Botnick have gone through a meticulous setup to guarantee a positively stunning reissue series. These masters were recorded on all-tube equipment, and the tape machine used for the transfer of these releases is also a tube machine, as is the cutting system. ATTENTION: MINE ARE THE “REAL DEAL”, DIRECT FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR. THEY ARE BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW AND SEALED. I WILL MAIL THEM TO YOU WITH TENDER LOVING CARE (super-duper packaging), INCLUDING USPS TRACKING. I WILL EVEN INSURE THEM FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE, WHILE IN THE HANDS OF THE USPS, FOR THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE AMOUNT, FOR FREE. WHO ELSE DOES THAT? THIS IS THE HIGHEST QUALITY SOUND YOU CAN GET FROM ANY DOORS RECORDING. YOU WILL LOVE THEM. ATTENTION: THESE ARE THE SAME QUALITY RECORDINGS THAT COME WITH THE “INFINITE” BOX SET, WHICH IS OOP and HTF (available in a separate ad). I WILL BE MAILING THIS BUNDLE FROM LOS ANGELES, CA. (where the DOORS first started their career). BTW… I SAW THEM IN 1970, AT THE LONG BEACH ARENA... I JUST HAD TO THROW THAT IN. ATTENTION... WHY THE DISCOUNT? EVERY ALBUM IS PERFECT, EXCEPT THE SOFT PARADE. LIKE THE OTHERS, IT IS OOP AND HTF. UNFORTUNATELY, DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS, THE OUTER PLASTIC SLEEVE WAS SLIGHTLY TORN AND SOME TEARING ON THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE ALBUM COVER. THE DISTRIBUTOR CAN'T FIND ANOTHER. SINCE I COULDN'T REPLACE IT, I DECIDED IT WOULD BE BEST TO KEEP IT. I AM OFFERING THIS SET WITH A HUGE DISCOUNT, WHICH I'M SURE YOU KNOW, AFTER DOING YOUR HOMEWORK. IF YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE THE ALBUM FROM THE PLASTIC BAG, YOU CAN USE A SHARPIE AND PRETTY MUCH COVER UP THE AREA (ABOUT AN INCH OR TWO) ON THE BOTTOM EDGE. ONCE ON YOUR SHELF, YOU WON'T SEE A THING. I EVEN PUT IT IN ANOTHER PLASTIC BAG COVER ALREADY. THE LAST few PHOTOS SHOW THE DAMAGE. HONESTLY, IT LOOKS WAY WORSE IN THE PHOTO THAN WHEN HELD IN YOUR HAND. SO, "WHEN THE MUSICS OVER", "THIS IS THE END"... OF THE "DISCOUNT. THIS EXPLANATION WAS LONG. SORRY ABOUT THAT, BUT FULL DISCLOSURE IS ALWAYS BEST. THIS TRULY IS... SUCH A DEAL. .................................................................................................................................................................................................. ATTENTION: AS WITH MOST COLLECTIBLE'S, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. THIS IS AN "AS IS" SALE (fully Insured, as stated above, for loss and damage, while in the hands of the USPS, for the maximum allowable amount). THIS IS EXTREMELY RARE. IT IS OOP and HTF. IT IS MORE THAN A COLLECTIBLE. IT IS A TRUE INVESTMENT. International buyers ? please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. "Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying."
