This rare treasure has some VERY clearly visible wear/age, but considering its' rarity, is still Highly Collectible condition! The wear, however, is extensive and should be carefully examined/considered BEFORE buying. Some general/shelf/age wear along with... Scuffing/fraying/rips/marks/creases/indentations/wear to the spine/corners/cloth boards. A previous owner/personal library bookplate/sticker attached to the front paste down/inside front board. Wear to the binding which has resulted in some separation and is shaky/loose to the touch. Rips/marks/creases/wear to the pages. Marks/wear to the edge/fore pages. Separation of a few of the pages. This is, in our opinion, the most obvious and egregious wear. The first three pages are no longer attached to the book. They are fully separated/loose. They also have a considerable amount of wear including numerous, large rips. The three pages have been placed inside the book in the area in which they used to be attached. The loose pages/area was closely photographed from various angles for your consideration. Please also note the extensive wear to the spine/corners/cloth boards! We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear/age when determining the value of this rare book. Our VERY LOW asking price is a reflection of that consideration and if this copy was in better condition our asking would be considerably higher.
