The Coalwood Way Signed Homer Hickam 1st Edition Binding Defect

Description: The Coalwood Way Hardcover signed and dated by author Homer Hickam. First Edition. Condition: There is a binding defect. The spine has separated from the pages (see pictures). It came that way. This affects the last few pages and the first 50 or so pages. The pages are attached but they are not firmly attached causing creasing of the inside of the pages from top to bottom. There are some scuffing and scratches on the dust cover and light creasing along the edges of the dj and book. I've included several photos to show the condition.
