New in original sealed packaging. Has a hitch, windows and the back door opens to reveal cozy away from home luxury; bed, tv, stove and sink. Box does has some damage in the form of light wear on the corners. The top back corners show the most wear. Original paperwork inside including a "Special US State Sticker".
