The dark blue cover is a heavier cardstock and the back consists of a very heavy kraft cardstock sheet. The book also has a clear front cover protector made of Mylar. The Bottle and the Pledge is taken from Six Nights with the Washingtonians and Other Temperance Tales. Book also has a half-dozen or so full page b&w prints too.
