There is a rip in the plastic on the right that goes over the jacket. I have the CD discs in green slim cases for quick access, but they can be put back in the sleeves. Authenticity: "The BEATLES" text on the front cover is embossed. There is a well-defined spine. When the jacket is opened, the sections for each disc stay firmly intact. The serial number for Disc 1 on the back near the hole is 6994612 2. For Disc 2: 6994622 2. This mono version has the short "Helter Skelter" and the "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" without the hand clap.
