This collectible, which measures approx. 9" x 12", is in Very Good, not perfect, condition. The pages have retained nice, but not outstanding, color. For instance, the front page left-hand side is somewhat brighter than the right-hand side which shows some fading. The back side has nice coloring on both sides. The front side top left-hand corner has a bend, the top right-hand corner has two bends/creases - the outermost one is approx. 1", the bottom left-hand corner has a bend, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" crease and wear/rounding; pages 3/4 have a dog-eared top corner, there is an approx. 1/2" tear at the top right-hand edge; the back side top left-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" crease and two larger bends below it, the top right-hand corner has 'B1 3-' written in pencil and a bend/crease, the bottom right-hand corner has a bend.
