Measures 11 1/4 inches x 9 ½ inches. Manilla color (yellow undertone) with sepia tones for the printing. Not many menus of this once popular restaurant to be found! It’s printed as though it was a ‘stock’ certificate! This is from my personal scrapbook of my travels. I don’t know if this came from the San Diego CA or the original Aspen CO location. Thinking it might have been San Diego. Front side is printed as a ‘stock’ certificate stating that ‘you’ are the owner of 257,000 shares on the 10th day of February 1899. The back side, menu side shows Primer Rib for $5.50, Soup for 65 cents, Rocky Mountain Trout for $4.75 and Baked Alaska Flambe for 2 for only $3.50. Those were the days!!!
