Description: Hi there--this Texas Star Modulator V Plus belonged to my dad. He was big into cb's and ham radio stuff. This appears to have very little use...very clean with no scratches etc anywhere I can see. The extent of testing I was able to do was plug it into power and hook the cb up to it. Both buttons light up and the relay inside clicks when you hit the transmit button....beyond that I don't have the equipment to test all the other things you probably want to know.
