About these stamps: In 2003, the US Postal Service issued a Souvenir booklet honoring "Old Glory." 5 stamp designs were used: Uncle Sam on Bicycle with Liberty Flag, 1888 Presidential Campaign Badge, 1893 Silk Bookmark, Modern Hand Fan, and Carving of a Woman with Flag and Sword. There were 2 of each design on the page for 10 stamps total. A bit more history: The United States Post Office issued its first stamp on July 1, 1847. Since that time, over 5000 stamps have been released. Each stamp is given its own identification number called a Scott Number. These stamps have been designated as Scott Number 3776-3780.
