Because that is the Cajun/Creole term for an assortment of different but complimentary items - just like the rice dish by the same name. Our Jambalaya Collection includes stamps - mostly vintage - but all with original gum, never used, and ready for your cards, letters, invitations, or any type of one ounce mail. To save you time and sorting, we have made individual packets each worth at least 63 cents and ready to apply to any first class mailing at the new rate. No more than 5 stamps of varying denominations are in each packet, so you have plenty of room for the address. There are 10 packets per order. Enjoy!
