Description: This very cool compilation from Charly Records UK does a good job covering undeservedly obscure R&B/blues/funk singer Taylor's varied career--from classic 1950s R&B all the way to swamp rock, soul and 70s funk with titles like "Breadbox Of Love" (he's just a crumb, or so he says...) Unique singer with a powerful high tenor voice and good-humored, high energy style--evoking such varied artists as Little Richard, Jackie Wilson, even Frankie Valli. This is a really fun record! We playtested it and give it a VG+ on the vinyl; VG on the jacket as it has edge wear on the spine particularly. The vinyl looks nice and glossy, with only a couple of faint marks and very light surface noise on a couple of tracks on Side 2 only; No other noise; overall good fidelity/mastering--this record sounds great. We send LPs via USPS media mail, very safely packed. We can send up to 5-6 albums in one box, at base $6 shipping price plus $1 for each additional disc. We play test most of our albums and our grading reflects that. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
