Description: This is a very heavy 3 quart sauce pan by TECHNIQUE . It is like LeCreuset with enamel over heavy cast iron for very even heat .The pan measures 9" in diameter and 4 1/2" deep . I measured water in it with a quart jar ..it measured a little more that 3 quarts.The pan is marked TECHNIQUE on the bottom and is in very good condition . Not cracked or chipped .There is no lid .Color : black enamel on the outside and white on the inside .Very heavy pan works great for even cooking and keeping things hot.
