You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our property, which should be taken into account when selecting your method of delivery and whether insurance is appropriate. 11) Where goods are returned in accordance with these terms we shall issue a replacement or full refund of the purchase price and delivery charges within 28 days from receipt of the returned goods by crediting the payment card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. 12) Where goods are returned not in accordance with this policy we may not accept the goods returned. If we do not accept the goods being returned we shall advise you by email, we will return the goods to you upon receipt of the standard delivery charge. 13) Nothing within these Terms interferes with or affects your statutory rights.
