Has been stored carefully in my fragrance-free studio in its original box with the original manual. Only issue is that track 2 will erase but won't record.Technician testing & tune-up April 2024:-Unit dismantled and inspected; all electrolytic capacitors inspected for bulging or leakage-Checked capstan belt-Cassette transport mechanism cleaned and lubed with silicone lubricant-Heads cleaned-Pinch rollers and idler wheels cleaned & checked-All switches, functions and LEDs confirmed as operational-All inputs and outputs confirmed as operational-All knobs confirmed operational-Record and erase on all tracks and channels, except track 2 will only erase, not record-Faders and EQ all distortion free (some trib knobs scratchy, this is expected & should clear up with use)-Auto punch-in, location functions, etc all operationalWill be packed carefully for shipment in the box-within-a-box method for safety.
