They are roughly the same size at approx 5 mm. The accent stones are small but do test out as diamond. The ring itself its 10k gold and is stamped STS and 10k. Size is roughly 6.75 and total gram weight is 1.692. I inherited a bunch of lovely jewelry but have no where to wear it... so I'm sharing this jewelry box with you.
