It is based on the Lexus SC430, a luxury open sports coupe. The form has undergone a major transformation in pursuit of aerodynamics, and most of the body is made of carbon. The 4.5-liter V8 engine is mounted in the front, and a transaxle with gearbox integrated with the differential is used. Driven by Juichi Wakisaka and Andre Lotterer, the team showed speed and tenacity throughout the season and turned the points around in the final round. Overall length and width are 193mm and 82mm respectively. Dynamic curved surfaces reproduce the powerful form of the car as it is in real life. The front fenders are split into two parts to express the unique shape of the car. The tight cockpit equipped with a roll cage and a variety of racing equipment is also modeled with full 3D effect. Nylon mesh is provided to attach to the front air intakes. Inlet marks are provided for the emblems and door mirror surfaces. Tires are made of solid rubber for a high quality feel. The under panel is made of resin with metal plate insert molding. The underpanel is made of resin with a molded metal plate insert for a heavy finish. Slide marks are made by Cartograf.
