Description: TALAVERA HEAD PLANTER This Talavera beauty was hand-crafted by talented artisans in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico. She is designed to be a planter and as such has a drain hole in the bottom. With a drain hole one may plant directly in the pot; or because the diameter of the planter opening is 5" and is 4 1/2" deep, she would easily accomodate a 4" drop-in pot as well. She measures about 9" tall and is also about 9" from ear to ear (the widest point). Her base diameter is 5".
