Description: Taipei Story House is a half-timbered building imitating the British Tudor period. It is a rare architectural form in Taiwan. The first floor of the building is made of brick as a load-bearing wall, and the entrance has Ionic door pillars. The second floor is a wooden structure, using curved, vertical and horizontal wooden strips to form a beautiful branch-like wall outside the second floor wall. The Gothic-style tower and chimney are made of bricks. The roof of the tower has curved eaves and is paved with copper tiles. The copper tiles develop a patina over time, leaving traces of time.
