Nasby, (late pastor of the Church of the New Dispensation, Chaplain to His Excellency the President, and P.M. at Confederate X Roads, Kentucky) his Ideas of Men, Politics and Things as Set Forth in His Letters to the Public Press During the Year 1866. This very pretty 1867 Victorian hardcover was published in 1897 by Lee and Shepard in Boston. The cover shows some soiling and light wear to the gilt lettering on the spine. The previous owner's name is written on the inside of the front cover. The front hinge is beginning to crack along the top, but is currently quite well attached. 299 pages, all of which are clean and well attached. There is, perhaps, a mild foxing mark here or there. The pages are not brittle. This book measures 5 inches wide by 7.75 inches tall. Overall nice shape, especially for its age. Hello!
