Straub, Compliments of the Author" written on inside front cover with "X" over it, other writing on inside front cover, contains sheet of handwritten notes of some sort, typed notes on the back of a Reserve Officer's Association of the United States letterhead + half of an envelope. Book has tight binding, edgewear, faded spine, corner wear. I've only found two examples online, one at the National Library of Medicine and one at the Library of Congress.
