Description: Offered is an original World War Two production United States Military issue leather holster manufactured for use with M1911/1911A1 pistol. This holster is marked Boyt 1944 for manufacture by Boyt in 1944. This holster made it through World War Two and was retained in service for the US Military in the Korean War, at which time it was dyed black per US Army regulations It is offered as pictured in excellent condition, showing only the lightest of surface wear. A difficult to upgrade original World War Two/Korean War M1911 holster.
