SUPER RARE Selena USPS Stamp Promo. 12x12 Framable

Description: In 2011, the US Postal Service honored Latin legends including Selena. Up for grabs is the promotional cardboard piece promoting that particular stamp. There is a smudge on the white matting part as shown in the photo. That is the only flaw on this very very rare piece. In the description are both the front and the back of the piece. It is 12“ x 12“. And is in immaculate condition with the exception of that one smudge about the size of a US penny. I’m sure it can be matted if it is important. Also included is the Selena forever stamp. I have never seen this piece on the market before. This is a super rare piece for any Selena collector. Thanks for looking.💜
