You may also have other legal rights varying from state to state. RETURN POLICY Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition. Returns must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Defective Products All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please contact Wacky Hippo within 24 HOURS of delivery to report any damages and arrange for a replacement. Sometimes damage from shipments may not be visible, so it is very important that you carefully check and test your new merchandise. If the damage is obvious upon delivery, you should refuse the shipment and note the damages to the driver. Damaged shipments cannot be returned for full refund or credit toward other products, only replacement of the same item. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Once a RMA number is issued, the merchandise must be returned within 15 days. The RMA number expires after 15 days and will not be extended or renewed. You are responsible for all expenses associated with the return shipment of the product to us. You are also responsible for properly packing the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Any shipping damages that occur will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent.
