Description: Strunal model 5752 Classical Luby Czech Republic Strunal! Parlor [?] , Paper lael inside sound hole reads : size 7/00 ,model 5752The beautiful guitar from the historic instrument making city of Luby in the Czech Republic. Luby has been making stringed instruments for 100's of years. Way back in the day that region was part of the Austrian empire and Luby was known as the "Austrian-Cremona", Cremona being where Stradivarius violins were made in Italy. Strunals are really nice guitars, very smooth playing and beautifully sweet sounding. I they're super underrated and they're a lot of guitar for the money. As an instrument. beautiful tone, feather-sensitive touch and string response, low action, . That top is German Spruce, it starts off super light colored like this and will slowly oxidize into a nice golden brown . German spruce tops to me always sound very sweet, I know that's vague but they're just very pleasant. This one is in nice condition. There's a tiny ding on the back of the neck around the third fret, but it's barely worth mentioning. The guitar looks, sounds, feels, and smells like brand new. These guitars are built to last. C.F Martin himself was from the German side of the forrest where these guitars were made, and there's definitely some shared old world Martin DNA and undertone to the Czech guitars made on the other side of the border. Beautiful guitar!
