Stronghold Board Game unpunched in excellent & very clean condition with extras

Description: Up for sell is a 2010 copy of Stronghold in like new condition, from my personal gaming collection. I opened this more than a decade ago but never actually played it, hence it's unpunched condition. The rule books, maps and other components are all like new, no writing, highlights, tears or stray marks.
