This is an OEM printing sent directly to authorized dealers. It comes from a musical instrument dealer's archives. From the 1990s up to present day Stewart Macdonald has provided the planet with guitar and lutherie parts, supplied and instrument building techniques and trade secrets. Back in 1996 before the internet the company direction was so successful Stew Mac decided to extend it's mandate into drum making supplies. Unfortunately the new addition was short lived. There are even Ludwig branded parts in the catalogs. I'm not sure how many catalogs Stewart Macdonald managed to produce. The guitar catalogs were released in the Spring, Summer & Winter of each year. I have only two that I'm listing today. I believe this one is the first one. In another listing I have one that is simply 1996 which is possibly the 2nd and last one. I do not know if any more Stew Mac Drum catalogs were ever released. I could not find any mention of any Stew Mac drum makers catalogs including the two I have anywhere on the internet. Nothing sold or available. I would have kept any other ones along with these in our drum shop if there were any available. At that time without any internet drum parts and making supplies were very hard to source for individuals. Hopefully these photos will find there way onto the internet to illustrate Stew Mac's attempted contribution to drumming.
