Not signed. It tests positive. It's a small piece, it's about 5-1/8" on the inside. On the outside, about 5-7/8" x 5/8" with an opening of 1-1/4". It weighs about 14.3 grams. In good vintage condition with some scratches, a slight bend on one side, needs a polish.
