STEPHON MARBURY New York Knicks JERSEY #3, Shirt XL

Description: You are bidding on a wonderful Hardwood Classic jersey from Stephon Marbury of the New York Knicks in a size XL. Found at an estate, this jersey (and some others like it) seem to be prototypes of jerseys for sale. I'm unsure if this jersey ever went into production but this jersey is from the 1952-1953 New York Knicks and in searching for a similar style, I didn't have any luck. It has an original production/design tag on it and is quite striking. The color is just different and wonderful. Also, most jerseys have a solid stripe on the sides whereas these stripes are not solid. The letters and numbers have been printed (as opposed to stitched). Overall, a highly unique and wonderful item in unused condition (new old stock). Measurements are: 31" from shoulder to bottom hem, 20" from armpit to bottom hem and 22" from armpit to armpit. I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensure quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box). I'm also open to local pick-up at my home in Fairhaven if it helps save money. I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 but this is not a full time job.
