This is a round, solid brass buckle with darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals, in Norman, Oklahoma, in the 1970s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish/patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 2-3/4" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.3 oz. Please ask any questions before you buy, and look at all the photos, what you see is what you are buying.
