Published by Decipher Inc. 2002. ConditionBoth decks are open. They normally include 3 rares each, but they are missing. However all 60 cards for each of the actual starters themselves are included, which include a number of starter exclusive cards. One of the decks has a crunched corner, and a little over half the cards inside have a bent bottom corner as a result. They should be able to be flattened out and become usable.
