They are usually dirty/rusty as they are old and have rust, dust, etc. you'll need to clean off of the part. Additional Important Details Shipping Time: I typically ship the next day after payment, but do put 3 days handling time in the shipping calculator just in case something comes up. Ebay sometimes puts some unrealistic delivery estimates on items - while I ship quickly, sometimes things get hung up by the Post Office - please keep that in mind if you are in a rush or when leaving feedback/inquiring about the status of your package.
