This St. Basil's has a gold metal Eastern Orthodox cross on top of the main tower and all the onion domes and towers are hand painted in blue and gold colors in the swirling fanciful designs. The front reads the Russian word for "Russia". Turn the church on its round base, and the music box inside plays a recognizable Russian folk tune. The church comes with its own separate round wooden stand that fits the music box perfectly. Together they measure 9.5" tall by 5" in diameter, and weigh 1 lb. This St. Basil's Cathedral music box was made as a souvenir from Russia in the late 20th century. It's in great shape ready for your collection or display.
