Description: A rare photo extracted from a MASSIVE photographer’s ESTATE in Clearwater Florida. This one is original but wasn’t taken by George Fulmer. It was found stored in this folding sleeve marked Ogg as the photographer but I don’t think he took it either. Ogg was someone George worked with for some time and he had a handful of his photos in his personal collection. This is the only one of this image we found in the estate. The paper feels like a thin linen like card stock that has become more thin over time. Measures 8x10” and will come as shown in the sleeve where we found it. A COA from the estate will come with your purchase George Fulmer. Photographer for the city of Clearwater for over half a century. Also a Navy enlisted photographer during WW2. After cleaning out the residence & studio in 2014, we have been sorting through over 100,000 photographs for the last 10 years, and are finally offering some of the best ones up for sale individually. As the estate gains recognition and momentum here, we will begin to list more and more, some in sets, and some for auction as well. We hope to Bring recognition to his life's work as well as to find homes for the history of an entire city as documented by the city photographer. The photographs include everything you would've expected a city photographer to have been present for, from weddings, to new construction, aerial photographs, sporting events, school events, press photography, police, Jaycees, and a really nice , but VERY LIMITED collection of nude photographs from a nudist camp that is still in operation here today. Even more limited, there were a handful of war photographs and film that we were able to save, but it was not much as unfortunately for some reason, he had stored the war photographs outside where they were exposed to the weather, and sadly they had been completely destroyed. The photos that are being offered here were well preserved, found inside the home and studio, in a cool, dry, cellar type setting. FOLLOW US ON EBAY !!! This is quite a project for only two curators, so please follow us, and be patient as we slowly unveil the contents of this massive estate. And always, if you see something that you like, please make an offer!! Shipping will be by priority mail unless otherwise requested.
