This plastic piece was designed to be worn as a bib around the neck during a crab feast which have been a staple of Maryland campaign events of the past. Item was created by H&H Plastic Mfg. Company. Edges and surfaces show some spots of soiling / discoloration.Plastic exhibits a small hole along the lower left side as you can see in photos. Neck ties are attached and in usable condition.
