Very Nice Japanese Porcelain Plate for Spencer Gifts Inc. This features a bald eagle atop a stars and stripes shield and flags with the 'E Pluribus Unum' banner. It reads ' 200th Anniversary 1776-1976' celebrating the United States birthday. The border has the calendar for 1975. This measures 9 1/8" Wide rim to rim.
