Description: This wonderful south east Asia, possibly Malaysian or Indonesian, Apple shaped trinket or other, box made from silver. It has beautiful embossed flowers and geometric shapes in a uniform pattern. This trinket box has not been cleaned making my pictures look dingy. It will buff up nicely. The Apple stem is curved and rotates a little when you pick it up. The hallmarks are stamped on the Apple stem. When opening the box, the silver is as bright as silver could be. My pictures just don’t do them justice. I have not cleaned this. I never clean Antique, silver as collectors often like the item to be left alone, for for Providence and age. This item has been in a China cabinet for decades. It has been bumped, handled, and shows age and patina. There may be an occasional scratch or a dent on this used antique item. I stated above the Apple stem is movable . Beautiful Asian item excellent used collectible.
