Measurements taken on the jacket lying flat are as follows: shoulder to shoulder is 21" across, underarm to underarm is 23" across, sleeves are 23" long, and the length is 23" long. 100% nylon shell. Thinsulate lining polyester/nylon. NOTE - There is no hood attached. There is some light soiling on the front and wrist cuffs on the jacket.
