Sioux By-Products was a production facility in Woodbury County, Iowa, of the Darling International (headquartered in Irving, Texas). The Darling family has been at the forefront of rendering animal by-products into fertilizers, tallow and hides since the mid-1800s (when the meat-packing industry began to flourish).
