Description: NO PVC was used in making this figure. The Silverhawks cartoon launched in the mid-80's had the one of the only electro-plated action figures during this time. In fact by looking at Bluegrass's nose you can see Kenner had manufactured this series in 100% injection molding with HIPS or ABS so they could add the chrome plated to ever part. So every scratch makes him cooler if you think about it. They are super rare to find and without scratches nearly impossible.
