How to Use Step 1 Clean the wound in accordance with current clinical standards( such as saline or other recommended cleansing solution). Remove from the pack and cut to shape if necessary. Step 2 Apply the dressing, and allow a 1cm overlap on the skin surrounding the wound. Step 3 Secure with the appropriate secondary retention (such as adhesive dressing or medical tape) The dressing may adhere if used on lightly exuding wounds.
