There are a lot of pictures. Although not a genealogy, there is some information here that would be helpful to a genealogist with an interest in the area. Signed by the author on the inside front cover, as shown in the pictures. Generally good condition, but the book is slightly bent and one page is bent at the bottom. There are a couple of marks on the front cover. No DJ, although I do not know if it ever had one. No shipping outside the United States. We can ship only to the name and address provided by eBay.
