Victor Serebriakoff (British, 1912 - 2000) played a major role in promoting Mensa, the high IQ society and helped them grow into a worldwide intellectual group of more than 100,000 people. In 1982, he was named Mensa's honorary international president and in the next decade campaigned for educational improvements for gifted children and created comprehensive tests for measuring IQ. Serebriakoff is also known for his contributions to lumber technology and humorous poetry but not apparently penmanship. Condition: This is a hardcover with a clean jacket in good condition with unclipped flaps. Some edge wear to the top of the jacket with age toning.
