Lightly cleaned in good overall used condition with no foul smells, rips, holes or tears. Normal wear from use and age. Clean in general inside and out with just a few mild markings from use over the years. Measures when stuffed 13.5" x 10" x 6" and weighs empty at 1 lb 10 oz. Coats & Clark C&C Zippers work great. There is some writing inside the main compartment near the top as shown. The underside flap of the top lid brain it looks as if someone had reinforced the stitching or a repair on one side as shown. The material feels similar to Cordura. Great for the collection / display props / restoration / use. From the 1976 catalog : Simplex : A light pack ideal for knapsacking and cycling. Light enough to carry in your frame-pack for day hikes from base camp. Students like these packs because the main compartment holds a mass of books and has a draw-cord closure.
