Rare complete set of Haitink's survey of the Shostakovich symphonies on 15 Decca LPs. Stunning sound and committed performances.All first pressings with original labels. It took 9 years, from 1977 - 1986, to record the whole cycle and the first 3 issues - symphonies 10 / 4 / 15 - were recorded between 1977 - 1979 in analogue sound and pressed in the UK. The remainder are in digital sound and pressed in Holland.
