Description: Shimano 16 Vanquish 4000HG #426 Description 16 Vanquish 4000HG. It has been fully overhauled, and the left and right drive gears and the bearings under the pinion have been replaced with brand new Minebea bearings. All rotating and moving parts have been cleaned, oiled, and greased. Everything, including the handle knob and drag knob, has been disassembled and cleaned. The drive gear clearance has been adjusted to within 0.01mm, so there is little play and it is smooth. (If you turn the included handle and bring it to the 9 o'clock position, it will rotate slowly under its own weight. If it rotates smoothly, the clearance is probably too large.) Other changes include changing the drag grease, adjusting the clearance of the intermediate gear and worm shaft, etc. The roller clutch was disassembled, cleaned and oiled.
