Does not include a cartridge or Sheaffer converter. Pencil works fine. The eraser is dried out due to age. We don’t have replacements. This box design is a bit odd with the brass side hinges. It was bent, we did straighten ton function. It opens and closes fine but you have to push on the back of the box to move the lid forward while closing. Kind of annoying.
